How Do I Find What I want? |

There are a couple of ways to locate items in which you are potentially interested
in buying. If you're looking for something specific, you can use our
search page to search for auctions in a
variety of ways. If you're more interested in just seeing what's available, try
browsing through our categories
instead; you just might spot something for sale for which you hadn't considered
looking.

If you can't find the items you're interested in at the moment, consider
using our FutureWatch feature.
FutureWatch gives buyers a way to record search words with the
Eggschange system which are used in searches generated
by the Eggschange system itself on your behalf. When
matches are made between a newly listed auction item and your search words,
Eggschange sends you an email containing information
that on the new item. This can help keep you from missing an item in which you'd be
interested.
One other advantage of using FutureWatch is that by doing so, you inform sellers
about the items in which you are interested. This is enabled through our
FutureWatch Summary feature. FutureWatch
Summary provides an annonymous view of all the words in every
Eggschange member's FutureWatch search word list. This way,
a seller can see what sort of demand exists for various items, showing them what sort
of listings will generate interest.
The search words on a member's FutureWatch list are private to each member, and can
be accessed through your
My Eggschange
personal pages. You'll need to first login to access your personal pages, and then you'll
be able to activate you're FutureWatch search word list.

Items listed on this site are most often posted by individuals,
and sometimes small companies. While we try and regulate our site
and remove objectionable material or listings, we cannot be responsible
for regulating or verifying every item for sale. You need to be aware
of the potential for misleading statements or fraud of a listed item, or
the possibility of purchasing an illegal product.
You can minimise your risk by e-mailing the seller with specific questions
related to the item and checking out the seller's feedback report compiled
by other individuals who have purchased from this person/company.
